I need to reset my Password. Can I do it on my own?

If you have an urge to reset your password, you must have full access to your data, including the email address assigned to this account.

  • On the login form please click the 'Forgot Password' link. It is a standard procedure.
  • Fill the corresponding fields.

The email with all the instructions will be sent to you so you can reset the password. In some cases, these emails go to the Spam or Junk, so if you don’t see anything into the Inbox, check those two. Another moment we advise to keep in mind is that the email can be resent only in 24 hours, not earlier.

I want to reset my Payment Password, can I do it?

Dear customer, please note that there are two options are possible.

First in case you just want to change your Payment Password but remember it at the moment:

  1. Enter your 7gates account
  2. Find “Settings”. This section is in the footer menu, just in case.
  3. Go to the “Payment” section.
  4. Enter your current PIN code, your new PIN code.

That’s all, nothing else is needed. If you don’t remember your PIN and want to restore the access, you should contact us at once

What is Two-Factor Authentication?
