If you have an urge to reset your password, you must have full access to your data, including the email address assigned to this account.

• On the login form please click the 'Forgot Password' link. It is a standard procedure.
• Fill the corresponding fields.

The email with all the instructions will be sent to you so you can reset the password. In some cases, these emails go to the Spam or Junk, so if you don’t see anything into the Inbox, check those two. Another moment we advise to keep in mind is that the email can be resent only in 24 hours, not earlier.

Dear customer, please note that there are two options are possible.

First in case you just want to change your Payment Password but remember it at the moment:

1. Enter your 7gates account
2. Find “Settings”. This section is in the footer menu, just in case.
3. Go to the “Payment” section.
4. Enter your current PIN code, your new PIN code.

That’s all, nothing else is needed. If you don’t remember your PIN and want to restore the access, you should contact us at once

It is another tool for your data protection and is used as another security layer after the username and password. If it is activating your verification process will take 2 steps – casual password and verification code which is, technically, this second factor.

Google Authenticator is used and generates 2FA codes. Do not worry, it is not just secure, it is the most secure 2FA configuration ever. When the app is set up it does not need internet access or additional phone verification. Not being associated with your phone number it is immune to any phone number porting attacks.
